*though she tried to hide it, her entire body stiffened at the name, fists clenching at her sides and tail swishing in aggravation* So…He managed to survive all this time on the ground, did he? I must say, I’m more than a little…

*He watched her reaction with a bit of curiosity. His eyes were practically trained on her tail - the only thing she had that he didn’t (though he did have Apep - did that count?).*

I sure do~! Sure I should be angry with him for murdering another me and my boyfriend… But I couldn’t really be mad since he was such a young kid. I got… mixed feelings anyway. 

One things for sure is that I knew he was goin’ back to his world and there was nothin’ I could do about it anyway. Kid’s gotta fend for himself and try his best.

*He nodded quietly. It was bad, but… he almost understood. The other Zorc had been having the same dreams he’d been having, without the support he had. And some of those dreams had filled him with a terrible fear and anger he’d never known before.*

… W… We’re both older than humans, though…

*He lingered at the door, though he took the chocolate gratefully* … C… Can I have something to eat before I go?

*He blinked for a moment and then nodded, a small smiling lingering* Of course. Come in. Don’t mind the mess, my kids are a terror sometimes. 

*Kids? He stumbled in after the human, looking around a little warily - as if he expected to be jumped around every corner.*

You can tap into it for power, as can all the different portions of your soul… though to be honest that is probably pretty advance for your current state.

Because - because I like to go in there a lot! Especially to travel - I  can go into a shadow and come out of another, and bring things with Me! I can even bring humans if I have to, though if I don’t take care of them they get destroyed!
